Chewy Granola Balls

Chewy Granola Balls

These chewy granola balls are super easy to make, nutritious and delicious.  Plus, I only had to use four ingredients, which I love.  This recipe should make about 3 dozen 1-inch balls.  You can make your own mixture of plain granola and dried fruit, but I happened to get some that was already combined.

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups granola with dried fruit

1.  Heat on medium-low heat the peanut butter and syrup for approximately 2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
2.  In a bowl, mix the cereal and granola with dried fruit.  Stir in butter mixture.
3.  Roll into 1-inch balls.  Let stand at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
4.  Enjoy.
5.  Store remaining granola balls covered at room temperature.
